Information we may process
If you contact ServeScout, we may process your name, business contact details, company information, message content and correspondence history. Our hosting and email providers may also process technical information needed to deliver the website and email service, such as IP address, device/browser information and server logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, provide requested sample leads or services, administer the pilot, prevent abuse, maintain security and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Business intelligence
ServeScout uses public and commercially available business information to identify hospitality opening signals. Records should be independently verified before material sales decisions are made. Where personal data appears in business records, it is processed only where relevant to the business-intelligence purpose and subject to applicable UK data-protection law.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website, provide email and operate the service. We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
