Pilot terms

Last updated: 7 September 2026.

These terms apply to the current ServeScout commercial pilot and any free sample information supplied through it. Contact: hello@servescout.co.uk.

Service

ServeScout provides business-intelligence signals about hospitality businesses that may be opening, fitting out, expanding or otherwise entering a purchasing phase. Scores, likely requirements and timing assessments are estimates based on available evidence, not guarantees.

Verification

Customers and pilot users are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it or contacting a prospect. Public records can be incomplete, delayed or subsequently changed.

Permitted use

Sample and subscription information is intended for the recipient's legitimate B2B sales and market-research activity. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy, electronic-marketing and other laws when contacting prospects.

Pilot pricing

The advertised founding-dealer price is an invitation to discuss participation in the pilot, not a commitment to supply a fixed minimum number of leads. No paid subscription begins until pricing, territory and billing terms are explicitly agreed.

Availability

ServeScout does not promise a fixed lead volume. The service prioritises quality and timing over padding reports with weak records.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ServeScout is not responsible for business decisions, lost opportunities or losses resulting from reliance on unverified lead information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These pilot terms may be replaced by fuller commercial terms before general paid launch.
